How do I track my Iron City order?

Here at Iron City Motorcycles we have a custom tracker system which has daily updates so you can monitor your orders progression. If you order had to be brought in from the manufacturer this will be reflected in the tracker and will show if a part is placed on backorder by the manufacturer. How do I know if a part is in stock or if it has to be ordered in?

Iron City Motorcycles Leeds Harley-Davidson is an approved Harley-Davidson dealership based in Leeds city centre. In store we have a large selection of motorcycle parts, clothing and accessories available instore or online. Due to this, sometimes items may sell instore and if ordered online will have to be brought in specially from Harley-Davidson. 

We estimate a 5-15 working day timeframe listed in your confirmation email to accomdate for this circumstance. In some cases items may be placed on backorder from the manufacturer, and this is displayed in our tracker system.

Before you order you can see if a part needs to be brought in as it will displayed on our website as "order" and not as "add to cart". "Add to cart" indicates the item is available instore at the time of purchase, where "order" will need to be brought in from the manufacturer.

In the rare case you order a "order" part, and it is not available from Harley-Davidson due to it being discontinued, our team will refund you for this as soon as possible.

How much is shipping at Iron City Motorcycles?

For UK customer, we offer free shipping for orders over the order value of £100. Standard shipping is £5.99 and orders under the order value of £30 cost £7.99.

How long does shipping take?

We estimate and display in your confirmation email, a timeframe of 5-15 working days from the order date for your order to be complete and with you. Please note this does not include backorder cases, where this timeframe may be elapsed - our order tracker will reflect any delays from the manufacturer.

I have a technical question about parts?

How do I return an order?

At Iron City Motorcycles we offer a returns period of 14 working days from delivery, you can raise a returns request on our order tracker and the team will inform you where to send your return order.

Can I cancel an order after ordering?

Yes, you can cancel an order after ordering. If you make a mistake and order the wrong thing or just change your mind you can raise a cancellation request via our order tracker. If you experience any issues, please contact us.

Are Iron City Motorcycles parts Genuine Harley-Davidson parts?

Yes, all our parts sold online are Genuine Harley-Davidson parts. Leeds Harley-Davidson is an approved Harley-Davidson dealership based in Leeds City Centre. Our Harley-Davidson academy trained team are at hand to provide you with the technical questions to assist you. Any order in parts come directly from Harley-Davidson so you can be assured we are the quickest way to secure parts you are desperate to find.
