Akrapovic Motorcycle Exhausts
Akrapovic is a Slovenian exhaust maker, founded in 1991 by former motorcycle racer Igor Akrapovič, and we are an official Akrapovic stockist. This page lists Slip-On Line mufflers, Evolution Line and Racing Line full systems, headers and link pipes, and the noise dampers, end caps, heat shields and fitting parts that go with them. Most are made for a specific motorcycle, with Yamaha, BMW, Kawasaki and Honda the largest groups. Each model-specific title names the make it fits, and usually the models.
Slip-on, full system or parts?
Start with how much of the exhaust you want to replace. A slip-on replaces the silencer and fits the existing header pipe. Evolution Line and Racing Line systems are full systems: they replace the headers, the mid pipe and the silencer. Headers and link pipes are also sold on their own, as sections of the system, so check what each listing includes before you order.

Materials
Titanium, stainless steel and carbon fibre are the materials the titles here name most. Every Evolution Line title that names a material names titanium, and most Racing Line titles name stainless steel, often with titanium or carbon. Carbon fibre is named most on end caps, heat shields, clamps and slip-on mufflers. Akrapovic says its exhausts are made in-house, through its own materials laboratories and titanium foundry to production.

Akrapovič d.d. is based in Ivančna Gorica, Slovenia. Its founder, Igor Akrapovič, raced motorcycles himself. Akrapovic credits its work with over 100 racing teams for more than 200 world championship titles: the first WorldSBK race win on an Akrapovic exhaust came in 1997, the first WorldSBK title in 2000 and the first MotoGP title in 2012.

Will it fit my motorcycle?
Model-specific titles name the make they fit, and usually the models. The Fitment section on the listing gives the exact models and years; check yours before ordering. Parts marked universal are not model-specific: check the manufacturer part number.
What is the difference between a slip-on and a full system?
A slip-on replaces the silencer and fits the existing header pipe. A full system replaces the headers, the mid pipe and the silencer, so it is a bigger job to fit than a slip-on: the standard system comes off at the cylinder head, and the fuelling may need adjusting afterwards. Check what your bike needs before ordering.
