Import tax and additional charges for EU customers
Iron City Motorcycles now charges tax on orders within the EU at checkout - this is up to the total order value of €150. EU customers will no longer be subject to additional import fees when ordering from Iron City Harley-Davidson as this is charged and displayed in checkout.
Please note, orders exceeding the total value of €150 will be subject to import charges upon delivery, any import fees customs and local TAX are payable by the customer for orders over €150. For more information please contact us.
How do I track an order?
Like our UK and other international customers, we provide all EU customers with the link to our customer tracker - this tracker system will provide you with daily updates on your orders progression. From processing to complete, where it will be shipped out via our courier service DPD. If you order a "order" part which is being brought in from Harley-Davidson specially for you, this will be updated in this tracker where you can see an accurate ETA and any backorder updates.
