Hyperpro Motorcycle Lowering Kits

Hyperpro lowering kits: rear lowering spring kits and rear lowering link kits and, for UK delivery, fork lowering spring kits and combined front and rear lowering kits, from -15 to -50 mm. Every title gives the drop in millimetres, the Hyperpro part number and the make and models, so check all three in the Fitment section before ordering.

Springs or a link

Hyperpro says it does not shorten the springs: it designs a special rate spring whose first part is softer, so the bike settles lower under its own weight. A lowering link kit replaces the link in the rear suspension instead. Hyperpro notes that not every bike has a rear link that can be swapped, so a link kit is listed only for the bikes named in its title, with the make and usually the model.

What Hyperpro says to check

Some lowering applications in Hyperpro's catalogue are marked as working only in combination with a Hyperpro shock, and the product page carries any note of that kind. Hyperpro's lowering catalogue also says to use a fork lowering spring kit only in combination with the rear spring kit. Its spring manual warns that installing a suspension component that is not correct for your bike can affect its stability. Kits that contain fork oil are sold for UK delivery only.

Will it fit my motorcycle?

Each title gives the Hyperpro part number and the make, usually with the models, and the Fitment section on the listing gives every model and year. Check the year range and the model variant as well as the model name before ordering.

How much lower will my bike sit?

Each title gives the drop Hyperpro lists for that kit, from -15 to -50 mm. Where a kit lowers only the front or only the rear, the title says which end it lowers, and a combined kit names both ends.
